It has been ten years …

It has been ten years already since we started to explore the 17th and 18th century concertante music repertoire for the violin!

First a trio then a chamber group, we are not hierarchically positioned and we make our artistic decision collectively. Our group regularly welcomes strong personalities who play as chamber-music players or soloists together with the young generation’s best musicians and vocal soloists.

Since our first recording of Vivaldi’s sonatas for the Naïve Label, we have developed four other albums in different ways, each of them being a characteristic of our research around sources, tones and timbres: Vivaldi, Boccherini for Naïve, Bach father and son for Aparté.
